NAVARRE — A woman wants to take Gov. Charlie Crist to court.
Retired Air Force Lt. Col. Carmen Reynolds has named Crist, Attorney General Bill McCollum and Florida Surgeon General Ana Viamonte Ros in a lawsuit in Santa Rosa County Circuit Court that challenges a state statute governing public health.
Chapter 381.00315(1)(b)4 says a person can be forced to be tested, vaccinated, treated, examined or quarantined for communicable diseases that have significant morbidity or mortality and present a severe danger to the public.
“I’m not against all vaccines, but I’m against any provision in any state statute that says we must forego all of our rights and, at the arbitrary whim of either our state government or our federal government, be subject to any and all force necessary to subject us to a vaccine. We’re talking physical force,” Reynolds said.
Reynolds will appear in court in October to fight a motion to dismiss the lawsuit.

Charges Filed Against the WHO
Jane Burgermeister is a dual Irish/Austrian national and lives in Vienna, Austria. She is well educated, with an MA Honours degree from Edinburgh University, Scotland, and has written for Nature, the British Medical Journal, The Scientist, Reuters Health, and The Guardian among other publications.
She was European Correspondent for the website of Renewable Energy World, a position from which she was suddenly dismissed in July 2009 after filing a series of criminal charges against Baxter, WHO and others alleging bioterrorism with the intent to commit mass murder.

The focus of the action is an episode in February 2009 when Baxter’s Austrian subsidiary distributed 72 kilos of vaccine material contaminated with live bird flu virus to sixteen laboratories in different countries. This constitutes the most serious breach of biolab safety in history: in essence, the Baxter company unleashed a bio-warfare weapon internationally. Incredibly, no corrective action has been taken and this same company still has the contract to make the flu shots.
More charges were filed with the FBI (US embassy, Vienna) in June.
Canadian doctor Ghislaine Lanctot — who has written a book, The Medical Mafia´– supported these charges against the WHO, the UN, and several high ranking government and corporate officials.
